Returns

- 30-day return window on unused items in original packaging.
- Defective or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement.
- Gift returns are credited via voucher to the original purchaser (where applicable).
How to Start a Return

- We’ll provide a return label or next steps based on your region.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
- Exchanges ship after the original item is scanned by the carrier.
