These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TumbleCraft website and your purchase of products from us. By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using tumblecraft.app (the "Site"), or by purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or place an order.
- You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Use the Site for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose, including submitting false orders or payment information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data, or interfere with the Site's normal operation.
- Scrape, harvest, or reproduce our content or product catalog without our written permission.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Abuse, threaten, or harass other users or our staff.
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates this section.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues, and will notify you if this happens.
- Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including applicable taxes and shipping.
- You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- An order confirmation email does not guarantee product availability; we'll contact you if an item cannot be fulfilled.
Shipping timelines, rates, and our full returns and refund policy are described on our Shipping Info and Returns pages, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: unused items in original packaging may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, and defective or incorrect items are eligible for a free replacement. See the Help Center for full details and exceptions.
- TumbleCraft gift cards carry a stored balance that can be redeemed toward eligible purchases on the Site.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
- You are responsible for keeping your gift card code confidential; we are not liable for balances redeemed using a code that was lost, shared, or stolen.
- We may deactivate a gift card we reasonably believe was obtained fraudulently.
All content on the Site — including product designs, photography, text, logos, and the TumbleCraft name and branding — is owned by or licensed to TumbleCraft and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except as necessary to place an order or share a product page for personal, non-commercial use.
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, or current at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TumbleCraft and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where TumbleCraft is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country or state give you additional rights that cannot be waived. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction for that location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
